Postage
A flat rate of $10 regular postage rate or $15 express post (AUSTRALIA ONLY) is charged and items are sent via Australia Post. All international orders are charged at a $25 regular postage rate. 

Free Postage
If you bundle a few items together to a total value greater than $100, we’ll provide postage FREE OF CHARGE Australia wide. 

Dispatch Guarantee
We will dispatch your item(s) within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.  

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. We are happy to offer a credit or an exchange of item. Exchange of an item must be within 7 days of purchase with copy of receipt. Please include a self-addressed Post Pack when exchanging an item so it can be returned promptly. We do not refund or exchange on SALE items. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit when goods are faulty.

Privacy Policy
Personal details provided to Rourke and Henry in relation to your purchase will not be used or given to a third party for any purpose other than to ensure the safe arrival of purchased goods.

To avoid delay, please email a copy of your Internet Transaction Receipt, or other confirmation details to rourkeandhenry@hotmail.com. Please note that orders paid by direct deposit will not be processed until payment has been cleared. Orders for which payment has not been cleared within seven days will be cancelled.
