A flat rate of $10 regular postage rate or $15 express post (AUSTRALIA ONLY) is charged and items are sent via Australia Post. All international orders are charged at a $25 regular postage rate.
If you bundle a few items together to a total value greater than $100, we’ll provide postage FREE OF CHARGE Australia wide.
We will dispatch your item(s) within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. We are happy to offer a credit or an exchange of item. Exchange of an item must be within 7 days of purchase with copy of receipt. Please include a self-addressed Post Pack when exchanging an item so it can be returned promptly. We do not refund or exchange on SALE items. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit when goods are faulty.
Personal details provided to Rourke and Henry in relation to your purchase will not be used or given to a third party for any purpose other than to ensure the safe arrival of purchased goods.
