Postage
A flat rate of $9.95 (AUSTRALIA ONLY*) is charged and items are sent via Australia Post.
If you bundle a few items together to a total value greater than $200, we’ll provide postage FREE OF CHARGE!

Overs
Our particularly large items are an exception to the rule – for obvious reasons. If you purchase any of the following items, you will be charged the appropriate postage rate as set by Australia Post. Each item that incurs a set postage charge has that amount specified as part of the product description, just so there’s no confusion.

Despatch Guarantee
We will despatch your item(s) within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. If your item(s) is out of stock, we will inform you by email soon after receiving your order. We’ll let you know just when we expect to be able to deliver the item(s) to you, and give you the option to proceed with the order.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. We are happy to offer a credit or an exchange of item. Exchange of an item must be within 7 days of purchase with copy of receipt. Please include a self-addressed Post Pack when exchanging an item so it can be returned promptly. We do not refund or exchange on SALE items. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit when goods are faulty.
Privacy Policy
Personal details provided to Rourke and Henry in relation to your purchase will not be used or given to a third party for any purpose other than to ensure the safe arrival of purchased goods.

Rourke and Henry accepts the following payment methods:

- Offline Payments. If you would prefer to place your order over the phone please contact Rourke and Henry at (02) 6555 8500.
Pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard) in our secure environment. Payment by credit card is the easiest and most efficient method of shopping at Rourke and Henry. Credit cards are charged when goods are ready to be despatched, and not at the time of ordering. If a card has been declined, we will email you informing you. If we haven't received a response in 5 days, we will retry the card. In the event of a second failure, the order will be immediately cancelled.
